Smoke-free Day Care

Day care centers provide safe environments for children while they are away from their parents. To ensure these environments are as safe as possible, it is important these facilities are free from tobacco smoke pollution (TSP). Although there are laws in Pennsylvania regarding smoking in day care facilities, it is important to go beyond these minimum requirements, giving all children a safe and healthy environment to learn and grow.
