Clean Air Council has compiled this document to help inform local governments in Pennsylvania of their options for regulating the sale, advertising, and consumption of tobacco products in their respective communities. As a mission-driven advocacy organization, our position is clear: we support the strongest possible restrictions on the promotion, availability, and use of tobacco products.
