Washington County Community Workshop: Focus on Welling Compressor Station

 Clean Air Council and Group Against Smog and Pollution presented a community workshop about air quality and potential health impacts of natural gas equipment, including compressor stations. Presenters discussed the Welling Compressor Station expansion proposal and how the public can comment on this station. The company that owns the Welling Station and 11 other compressor stations in the county, MarkWest, had representatives present to field questions.
