DESCRIPTION:Join Clean Air Council on Monday\, February 27\, as we unveil six new art bike racks along Front Street and Kensington Avenue. These custom art bike racks are funded through the American Street Empowerment Zone and Penn Treaty Special Services District and fabricated by local Fishtown artist Joseph Campbell\, from Metal Incorporated. After the unveiling\, there will be light refreshments and beverages.\n \n When: Monday\, February 27 from 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM\n \n\n \nWhere: Fishtown Bikes-n-Beans\n              1321 N.
