Waiver of Liability

WAIVER OF LIABILITY (EVENT SPONSOR OR EXHIBITOR)

RECITALS

Exhibitor wishes to participate in Clean Air Council’s “Greenfest Philly” on September 25, 2021.

Exhibitor is at least 18 years of age.

Exhibitor agrees to supervise, manage, monitor and accept responsibility for any volunteer representing Exhibitor organization as listed above.

Exhibitor understands that his/her participation in Greenfest Philly is at the discretion of the event officers present for Clean Air Council; and these event officers may make the decision of Exhibitor participation based on final inspection of equipment and set‐up on event day, September 25, 2021.

Clean Air Council desires to accept the Exhibitor’s participation, efforts and services subject to Exhibitor’s agreement contained in this Waiver.

AGREEMENT

In consideration of the mutual promises of the parties contained in this Waiver, or of the acts to be performed by either, that parties agree that Exhibitor hereby knowingly and voluntarily waives any and all claims, damages or causes of action which the Exhibitor may have or incur against Clean Air Council, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates and employees as a result of Exhibitor’s voluntary participation in Greenfest Philly. Exhibitor is required to hold its own liability insurance to participate in Greenfest Philly and will not be covered by Clean Air Council’s event insurance. This Waiver shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs, assigns and legal representatives.
