Tell Your PA State Senator To Call On Leadership To Hold A Floor Vote on SB 565

SB565, which would allow municipalities to create parking protected bike lanes and pedestrian plazas, cleared a major hurdle last month and is one vote away from being sent to the Governor’s desk. But we need you to help get it there.

The bill was unanimously voted out of the Senate Appropriations Committee, and now awaits its third and final floor vote by the full Senate. This is the closest we’ve ever come to passing this legislation, but it won’t get a vote without your voice and support.
