2019 Clean Air Commute Awards

It’s nomination time for the Clean Air Commute Awards again! Each year at the Run for Clean Air, Clean Air Council awards the Clean Air Commute Employer and Clean Air Commuter award to the employer and commuter who are the most committed to sustainable commutes.

The winning commuter receives their choice of a monthly SEPTA pass, a gift certificate to their local bike shop, or another sustainable prize. The winning workplace will get an advertisement in an industry specific publication promoting their clean commuting work culture. Both the commuter and the workplace will also get free entries to the Run for Clean Air, where the awards will be announced!

Nominations are also open for the Clean Air Commute Employer award. Examples of Clean Air Commute Employer actions include installing indoor bike racks, providing RideECO transit benefits, offering telecommuting options, and providing shuttles between public transportation and the office.
