GoPhillyGo
Clean Air Council is a leading advocate for biking, walking, and public transportation. The Philadelphia region is becoming a better and better place for combining these types of transportation options to get around (called multimodal transportation) thanks to Indego Bikeshare, the Circuit Trails, and public transit. The Council has worked with dedicated public transportation and bicycle advocacy groups for decades, and continues to advocate for combining sustainable transportation modes as a way to reduce our region’s use of cars to get around. To that end, the Council is pleased to provide the region with GoPhillyGo.org, a website to help anyone plan a multimodal trip and customize all their biking, walking, and public transportation preferences along the way.

How does it work?
GoPhillyGo is a new online mapping tool for the greater Philadelphia area. Developed with state-of-the-art mapping technology, this site makes it easy for users to plan their routes through multimodal methods — combining biking + walking + public transportation within one trip — to travel anywhere within the greater Philadelphia area without the use of a car. It even provides details on pedestrian and bike routes, letting users customize their trips.
Our easy-to-use options help you customize your route specifically to your needs. If you want to get a workout in, we can help. If you’re looking for a more leisurely trip, we have you covered. The website allows you to choose any preferred mode of transportation, including public transit. Travel by bus, train, or trolley, hop on your bike, and even take longer walking routes. Not sure where to go? You can use GoPhillyGo to explore the city with its extensive list of famous Philadelphia landmarks (the Art Museum, Bartram’s Garden, etc.) as well as a regularly updated list of events from Philadelphia’s official tourism blog, Uwishunu.
