November 21, 2021, is World Day of Remembrance for Traffic Victims. On this day we acknowledge the pain and suffering of all affected victims, families, and communities. These deaths are preventable and unacceptable.

For cities to obtain Vision Zero we need to improve infrastructure and prioritize pedestrians and cyclists.

The Inquirer: Green-friendly Transit for U.S National Parks – Secretary Pete Buttigieg signed a joint pledge to test some of the newest and most innovative transportation technologies at national parks and public lands. Shuttle services at national parks will be replaced with electric vehicles including self-driving shuttle buses, electric scooters, or bikes, along with electric charging stations.
Indiana Public Media: 7-Line Protected Bike Lane Officially Opens – After 5-months of construction the City of Bloomington opens its 7-Line protected bike lane. They removed all on-street parking to create new bike lanes while traffic lanes are bordered by curbs.
