PlanPhilly: Why 35 grown men traveled hundreds of miles to ride a SEPTA trolley – Dedicated transit enthusiasts travel the world to experience and photograph trains. A group of 35 “Railfans” charter a SEPTA trolley the Saturday before the Superbowl annually. They take pictures of it going through intersections, rounding corners, and more to catalog with other images of trains they’ve collected through the years.

 

Philadelphia Free Press: Residents Learn More About Spruce And Pine Repaving, Bike Lane Plans – Cycling advocates, business owners, and residents came together Wednesday and Thursday evenings to discuss the proposed changes to two of the cities most used bike lanes, along Spruce and Pine from the Delaware to the Schuylkill.
