Clean Air Council does not support the aspects of this program that awards rebates for replacing an Electric Appliance with a Natural Gas Appliance. The Council works hard to support a rapid transition away from natural gas to renewable energy, including electrifying appliances/systems that currently use gas, and we oppose the expansion of natural gas/fossil fuel infrastructure.

**Note that applications for purchases/installations through 5/31/2021 must be submitted by 6/15/2021. Applications for purchases/installations after 6/01/2021 will follow new program requirements, and a different set of forms will be found on peco.com/rebates as soon as they are available.
